Rachel was previously at WH Smith and Retail Variations and since becoming freelance in 2007, and working with Lander Consultancy, she has also worked within a number of different industries such as Local Council, Retail, Engineering, Hospitality, Customer Service, Trading, NHS, Facilities Management, Energy and Recruitment. After working in Leisure and Retail Management, Rachel then moved into HR focusing on areas such as Recruitment, Training and Development and Coaching.
Freelance contracts have seen her delivering successful interventions in Career Coaching, Team Building, Communication, Change Management, Internal Recruitment & Assessment, Graduate Recruitment and Coaching, Coaching Skills, Retail Skills and Personality Profiling.
