He loves engaging with people as part of the training/L&D process and is highly comfortable at the head of a classroom or on 1-2-1 mentoring basis. Dominic is a graduate in Biological Sciences who has then developed a successful and rewarding career initially within the Scientific and subsequently within Engineering, IT and Accountancy recruitment industries holding Director level positions in both Operational and L&D functions. This unique experience gives him current knowledge of operational issues facing the specialised recruitment industry and an understanding of how to link that experience into individual’s learning. The Science background keeps him at ease as a natural questioner resulting in a thorough understanding of what the business challenges are within the clients he works with, leading to L&D solutions designed specifically to these needs.
