Having experienced both the positives and the constant challenges of running a recruitment business, Nigel focusses on two key elements for generating consistent success:
- Strategic thinking and planning at the corporate level to devise and successfully implement strategy. The 2-day process brings together the key individuals in a business, typically the board and senior management team, to create an ambitious and realistic strategy, and in doing so, build a powerful combination of consensus and ‘buy-in’ across the leadership team.
- Training for all levels within a recruitment company from the contract and permanent recruitment processes, through to sales and business development and effective leadership.
In addition, Nigel has extensive experience of delivering, and training others to deliver, outplacement services. Nigel helps recruitment businesses to establish their own Outplacement Service, aimed at clients looking to help their redundant employees come to terms with their situation and prepare effectively for the job market. The service can be extended to individuals funding their own career guidance/support whether in full time employment or not.
In total Nigel has over 20 years’ experience of designing and delivering training, facilitating workshops, coaching and mentoring.
