After a successful 19 year career in the recruitment industry, Tim realised he wanted to commit his future towards his long term passion for training.

From his start as a sales consultant, to growing a start-up business into a £million turnover company, training and coaching had always been his passion.

His training experience began 17 years ago as a young manager, facilitating at Leadership and Team Building weekends in North Wales. Here Tim discovered a talent for engaging and coaching people, seeing first-hand the effect of outstanding training which he wanted to emulate.

As his recruitment career progressed, developing consultants and building winning teams in sectors such as Sales, Engineering, Construction Finance and Manufacturing, Tim took responsibility for delivering all in house training courses. He has developed and delivered Recruiter, Consultant and Management training across the UK and Europe.

With personal experience that ranges from building a start-up business to running regions with several multi team offices, and from creating new business focused teams to delivering MSP solutions, he is able to empathise with many business situations.

Drawing on his Degree in Economics and 6 Sigma Yellow Belt as a former director, Tim is always committed to seeing that people can connect training sessions back to their workplace. He believes training works when people make a positive change with measurable results, which aligns his approach perfectly with his colleagues at Lander Consultancy.
